A graduate of Madonna University in South East of Nigeria, Theresa holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B). and B.L from the Nigeria Law School, Bwari, F.C.T.
She obtained a Masters in Law Degree (LLM) from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
She has had several years of experiences in private legal practice during which she has acquired skills in many areas of the law especially Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Banking Law, Travels and Tourism.
She has attended several seminars and trainings including the Management Development Programme (MDP) for legal practitioners at the Lagos Business School, Pan – African University, Lagos State.
She has represented her clients internationally in major business transactions. She has served as Company Secretary. She is a member of several organizations including the Nigeria Bar Association, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), and the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators.
She is the Managing Solicitor of Fides Law Practice.
